Energy storage technologies are becoming increasingly important across a wide range of industrial and technological applications. Their performance depends not only on advances in battery chemistry, but also on developments in functional materials, components, power electronics, system integration and manufacturing technologies.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The event \u201cBattery Technology and Energy Storage \u2013 From Materials to Applications\u201d<\/strong> will provide insights into current developments across this broad technological spectrum. It will highlight how innovations at the material and component level contribute to improved performance, efficiency, reliability and scalability of future energy storage solutions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The programme will cover different aspects of the energy storage value chain \u2013 from battery technologies and advanced materials to capacitors, power electronics and the integration of storage technologies into complex energy systems. Particular attention will be given to the interfaces between these fields and to the challenges involved in transferring technological developments from research into practical and industrial applications.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Beyond individual technologies, the event will also address broader questions concerning performance, lifetime, system design, manufacturability and the requirements of different application environments. This perspective is intended to illustrate how developments in materials science, electrical engineering and system technology interact and jointly shape future energy storage solutions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

By bringing together perspectives from research and industry, the event aims to provide a comprehensive view of current trends and technological challenges in the field of energy storage. It will also offer participants the opportunity to exchange ideas, discuss application-oriented questions and identify potential opportunities for future cooperation and technology transfer.<\/p>\n
