Professor Dr. Rainer Adelung heads the Chair of Functional Nanomaterials at Kiel University. Prof. Dr. Horst-G\u00fcnter Rubahn is professor of Nanotechnology at Syddansk Universitet, Denmark, since 2004 and Director of the Mads Clausen Institute and Head of Campus Sonderburg since 2012. He conducts research into materials and photonics in the field of micro- and nanostructures and has founded several nanotechnology spin-offs. Professor Rubahn has been associated with NINa for well over ten years.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Ralf Zimehl taught and conducted research at several universities, applied universites and other research institutes. The habilitated chemist worked for 12 years with a reputed medical device manufacturer in Schleswig-Holstein. He is a national and international speaker at expert congresses. Before Dr. Zimehl became NINa SH’s treasurer he supported the initiative in the board of curators.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
